  Coverage includes:

  GEM member (age 18 - age 74)...$10,000

  Spouse (if no children)....................$5,000

  Spouse (if children under 23)..........$4,000

  Each child under 23...........................$500

  Public conveyance - If accidental death results from a public conveyance, the amounts

  will be doubled. And you can increase your coverage at low group rates.

  Receive $50 a day for up to 25 days if you are hospitalized due to an accident.
